You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Once the cancellation is finalized, your account will be downgraded to the free plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
We offer a 24-hour refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Refunds are only available for new subscribers and will not apply for renewals or upgrades.
If you choose to cancel your subscription after the 24-hour period, no refunds will be issued. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle.
If you cancel your subscription within the trial period, you will not be charged. Once the trial period has ended, all sales are final.
If we make significant changes to our services that materially reduce their functionality, we may offer you a pro-rata refund for the remaining period of your subscription.
